THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU WILL NEED TO LINE UP FOR REGISTRATION.  WE WILL BE CHANGING OUR PROCEDURES FOR THE SPRING, 2009 PROGRAM IN JANUARY.

Registration Process

In Person

NOTE RE: REGISTERING ADDITIONAL FAMILIES - If you are coming in person to register your own children - if necessary, you may register for one additional family.

No Exceptions will be made.

Registration Day is when you come in person to the pool office to sign up for lessons. Unfortunately, some people do line up at the early hours of the morning (or the night before). The door will open at 8:00am and you will be given a number. From 8:30am to 9:00am numbers 1 thru 50 will be processed. From 9:00am to 9:30am, numbers 51 thru 100 will be processed. This routine will continue throughout the morning. This will allow you to take a number and either - stay and wait - or - leave and return at the time your number will be processed. The numbers are processed in order and not ahead of the allotted half-hour time slot. Past experience indicates the entire line-up has subsided by 11:30am. People walking in after this time will be processed immediately. We will not be taking registration over the telephone until Phone Registration Start Day.

Forms Submitted in Advance of Registration Day

If you are unable to attend registration in person on Registration Day you may submit your registration form in person or by mail (or email) any time prior to Registration Day. Please provide payment with your registration and at least 3 choices of times for each child you are registering. Note - these registrations will be processed on Registration Day, after the line-up has subsided. These registrations registrations will be accepted in advance but they will not be processed until the afternoon of Registration Day. These registrations are processed in the order they are received. Therefore, the earlier you get your registration in - the more likely it is to get one of your three choices. If you wish to email your registration form - please complete it in Word - then attach your registration form with Subject as "Registration" and send email to: info@swimlpa.com  If you are very limited as to when you can attend our swimming lessons - do not mail in your form and take your chances. Please line up in order to secure your child's spot for lessons.

Registrations will be accepted over the phone using either VISA or Mastercard starting on Phone Registration Start Day.

Refund Policy

Spring and Fall Programs

Requests for refunds prior to the first lesson will be subject to a $15.00 per child registration fee. A refund requested no later than 48 hours after the first class will be less the $15.00 registration fee plus the fee for the first class. A refund for medical reasons only must be accompanied by a medical certificate no later than lesson five. The refund at this time will be less the $15.00 registration fee and the cost of the first five lessons.  No refunds or credits given after lesson five.

Mini-June Program

Requests for refunds prior to the first lesson will be subject to a $15.00 per child registration fee. A refund requested no later than 24 hours after the first class will be less the $15.00 registration fee plus the fee for the first class. A refund for medical reasons only must be accompanied by a medical certificate no later than lesson two. The refund at this time will be less the $15.00 registration fee and the cost of the first two lessons.  No refunds or credits given after lesson two.

Summer and Summer Backyard Programs
